Commercial Department

The Commercial Department is headed by Partner, Michael Jones FRICS (Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Michael has thirty years experience of valuing commercial property of all types in London and the South East where he worked for a large part of the 1980s and, more latterly, in Worcestershire and the West Midlands where for a number of years he has run his own chartered surveying practice.

Commercial Agency

We deal with the sales and lettings of all types of commercial premises including shops, offices, factories, restaurants/cafes and hotels etc. Remember, any premises we have for sale or to let enjoys the benefit of coverage through our ten local offices plus a Mayfair London office.

Are you a Landlord or a Tenant?

We undertake a range of professional Landlord and Tenant work including Lease renewals, rent reviews, the preparation of Schedules of Condition for new tenants of commercial premises and Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of Landlords with vacating tenants.

Valuation Reports as per RICS recommendations

We undertake detailed valuation reports as per RICS recommendations in respect of all types of commercial premises for mortgage, remortgage, private sales between consenting parties as well as for Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax purposes. With past experience working as a chartered surveyor for the Inland Revenue Valuation Office our Commercial Partner specialises in providing 1982 Valuations as required by chartered accountants for Indexation purposes.

We are able to provide you with Cost Benefit Analysis Valuations into the viability of commercial development projects.
