Full Management service

• Collection of monthly rent and paying into the landlords designated landlord account.
• Arranging an inventory and schedule of condition at the commencement of the tenancy.
• Serving legal notices
• Arranging check out inspection for the tenant at the end of the tenancy and dealing with any dilapidations.

Empty care service.

• When the property is left vacant for long periods of time checks will be carried out to ensure everything is to standard as frequently as requested.
