- We offer Flexible appointments, Saturday viewings and competitive administration costs
- On the agreed move in date you will be required to provide:
- One months rent – in form of bankers draft or debit/credit card
- Security deposit - amount as agreed and to be provided as above
- Bank details to set up standing order
- Photo identification
- Proof of current address (excluding mobile phone bill)
- All utility companies are notified at the commencement of each tenancy.
- We endeavour to make the moving in process as smooth as possible for you and are here every step of the way to assist you
- At the end of the tenancy, subject to a check out and dilapidations report we make every effort to return your security deposit as quickly as possible.
