At Allan Morris Worcestershire Lettings we always have a selection of quality properties to match tenants’ differing requirements. We offer Flexible appointments, Saturday viewings and competitive administration costs

On the agreed move in date you will be required to provide:

• One months rent – in form of bankers draft or debit/credit card
• Security deposit - amount as agreed and to be provided as above
• Bank details to set up standing order
• Photo identification
• Proof of current address (excluding mobile phone bill)

All utility companies are notified at the commencement of each tenancy.

We endeavour to make the moving in process as smooth as possible for you and are here every step of the way to assist you. At the end of the tenancy, subject to a check out and dilapidations report we make every effort to return your security deposit as quickly as possible.
