Wyre Forest area guide
Located approximately 20 miles West of Birmingham and 20 miles North of Worcester, the Wyre Forest is one of the largest remaining ancient woodlands in the UK, covering over 6500 acres - or 10 square miles - of countryside straddling the Worcestershire/ Shropshire county boundary along the glorious Severn Valley, between the riverside town of Stourport in the South up to Arley & Alveley in the North, stretching from Cleobury Mortimer in the West across to Bewdley and the rural areas north of Kidderminster in the East.
The main centres of population in the district lie within the key towns of Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley where Allan Morris Estate Agents have had a strong local presence for many years, including High Street shops in all three towns as well as several other branches throughout Worcestershire.
The area we cover also includes the surrounding villages such as Cookley, Wolverley, Blakedown, Chaddesley Corbett, Hartlebury, Ombersley, Holt Heath, Shrawley, Great Witley, Abberley, Pensax, Mamble, Clows Top, Rock, Far Forest, Kinlet, Highley, Stottesdon and others.
In 2019 we decided to merge our three local offices into one new centralised location, with our Wyre Forest Regional Property Centre fittingly situated at the very centre of the district we serve, right next to the bridge in the middle of Bewdley overlooking the majestic River Severn as it flows through this pretty Georgian riverside town.
From here, using the latest technology and communications, our highly experienced local sales team handles the valuation and sale of properties throughout the entire district, ensuring that Allan Morris continues to maintain a strong presence in Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley and well beyond.
