Having started my career with the Worcestershire firm of Banks and Silvers, I was made partner and took responsibility for residential sales. Following the sale of the business to a corporate company I became Area Director for Worcestershire with specific responsibility for Country Homes. Since forming Allan Morris Worcestershire in 1998 the company has grown, through partnership arrangements, to being one of the largest independent estate agents in Worcestershire with links to national and international markets through Mayfair Office in London.
