We’re a loyal team of experienced, local people who know this area inside out. There’s a friendly, family feel about Allan Morris that makes people stay for many years and for clients to return again and again.
Many of our staff members have been with us since the company started. Over the years, we’ve helped several generations of homeowners sell their homes and find new ones. We have helped people move into rented accommodation, then found their first home to buy. We’ve seen families grow up and upsize, we’ve seen couples downsize and we’ve helped people invest in Buy-to-Let properties across our region.
Our story
Founded on a rich legacy, Allan Morris traces its roots back to the 1970s when Allan entered the property scene in Worcestershire, later establishing the company under his own name in 1996.
In the heart of London, Director Nick Churton pioneered The Mayfair office in 1995, a network that brings together all the very best local independent estate agents in the UK to create a global force in property.
The directors Allan, Richard, Paul, Helen and Steve bring a combined experience of over 150 years, having grown from within the company. With directors who began as employees, we pride ourselves on promoting talent from within, fostering an exceptional team ethos. Our unwavering commitment to staff development and remarkable staff retention has solidified us as a close-knit, established team across our offices, ensuring the highest standards of service for our valued clients.

The Mayfair Office in London
Acting as the central hub for a number of like-minded independent estate agency firms across the UK & internationally, this unique resource means our properties are made available to buyers through a network of offices nationally and internationally. The Mayfair office also acts as an individual marketing tool for some of the more specialised properties we sell.
Our London team is also responsible for handling our national and international marketing requirements, working closely with the leading national media to ensure our clients benefit from the very best possible coverage.
