Fully managed letting service
Our fully managed service ensures that every aspect of the lettings process is dealt with by Allan Morris on your behalf, saving you time and giving you peace of mind. We will cover all the points under our Let only service and, in addition we will:
- Collect the monthly rent
- Provide monthly statement of account
- Arrange routine property visits
- Arrange maintenance and repairs as necessary
- Arrange payments to contractors on the landlord’s behalf
- Serve any legal notices if required
- Protect the deposit in accordance with UK law
- Arrange a check-out at the end of the tenancy.
- Deal with any claim for damage against the tenant after they have moved out
In addition to the above, we will arrange for all compliance certificates such as the Gas safety certificates, EICR and EPC's to be renewed during the tenancy to adhere to legal requirements. Allan Morris lettings team have dedicated accounts personnel to ensure that rent is paid on the due dates and is passed to the landlord as quickly as possible.
